Gather your team to first review the Action Plan template and then explore the Framework Focus Area below specific to the area(s) you have chosen based on the authentic data you collected and analyzed in Step 2.
The Framework provides a variety of resources specific to your priorities to help in gathering ideas, strategies, and tools for use in building and implementing your Action Plan.
